  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and production-ready documentation.
  • Work closely with craftsmen, production teams, vendors, and project teams during development.
  • Adapt existing designs or develop custom pieces according to project requirements and dimensions.
  • Review prototypes, identify improvements, and ensure the final product matches approved designs.
  • Can use AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel confidently.
  • Maintain organised design files, BOMs, material references, and product information for each project.

  • Build relationships with hotel owners, architects, interior designers, and project clients.
  • Understand each client’s requirements and recommend suitable furniture collections or custom solutions.
  • Generate new leads through calls, referrals, site visits, exhibitions, and online enquiries.
  • Conduct product presentations, showroom visits, and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and support negotiations until order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams for customised furniture requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer details, enquiry status, quotations, and follow-up records.
  • Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional, consultative client experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and basic Excel skills are required.
